Hey, I’m Jessica. Thanks for being here.

I’m a constellation thinker and intellectual map-maker who loves to write stories and pursue micro ventures.

As my day job, I draft contracts. I’ve worked for big financial enterprises, small companies, international businesses, and more. I combine my writing and research skills with my Juris Doctor training and long career in legal operations.

I do creative and content writing as a hobby. You can find my writing in many places, but I’m centralizing it all in Patreon.

I was first published as a young author in Teenink Magazine. My piece A Green Umbrella won an Editor’s Choice Award in 2012 and the Fiction Award in 2013. I went on to publish multiple pieces as a teenager and young adult in poetry & short fiction. I am now working on re-releasing previously published work on Patreon.

I took a break from publication to work on a new novel series, the Chronicles of the Gandiva. If you like fantasy/sci-fi and piracy, you can read more about that project and others here.

I also do a lot of pro-bono non-profit work. What ties my career and passions together are the things I’ve always cared about - the joy of discovery and making the world a better place for all.

If you’ve read this far, you have my heartfelt thanks. I love to connect with people. Some great conversation starters for me: animals (did you see all the dogs on my website? I’m always surrounded by them in video games and real life), reading, writing, technology, or what brings you joy and why.
